This striking 4,250m² primary and secondary school, completed in 2019 by Studioarch4, features a bold composition of geometric volumes in exposed concrete with vibrant color accents—mint green, bright red, and sunshine yellow—creating a distinctive architectural presence that signals its importance as both an educational facility and community center.

The innovative school, which replaced the former “Kongresi i Përmetit” institution on Dibra Street, serves 600 students during regular hours while functioning as a community hub after school hours. From its dramatic central courtyard that creates a protected urban oasis to its transparent façades that showcase the building’s dynamic internal circulation, every aspect of Servete Maçi has been thoughtfully designed to create a progressive educational environment that seamlessly transitions to serve broader community needs—establishing a new paradigm for public architecture in Albania.
